Overheard at the Yarn Store

A lady in the next line and a couple of people ahead of me was getting her purchases rung through.  The cashier was not quiet as she explained her exchanges to the lady.

Cashier: So, you've exchanged these 6 balls for those 6 balls and got another 6 balls.  And your kit is 64.45 so that's 132.78 all together.

Poor Old Dear:  I only came in for some buttons.

Snort.  I hear ya, sister.  It's the wool fumes  - they get you every time.
