...that my period would make up its mind. Either come and swamp me or go away altogether. This business of a couple of drips every 2 weeks is pissing me off.
...that there isn't so much choice of yogurt - low-fat, no-fat, Greek, Mediterranean, Balkan (what's the difference?), probiotic, sweetened with aspartame, sweetened with something else, stirred. Every week I stand and try to choose some yogurt that the Trouts will eat. Sometimes I end up just walking away because I can't make a decision.
...I could get my shit together. There are 500 things that need to be doing around here & I just don't have the inclination to do any of them. Dusting, vacuuming, raking leaves. meh
...I didn't have to deal with parent volunteers at Lego Boy's school who think they're still in the corporate world and think they are in some position of power in the volunteer hierarchy. I had someone who was going to "train" me to do a job I already know how to do. This person used phrases like "admin" and "actionable comments." That's not even a word. I did manage to not laugh at her throughout my "training". It's tools like her that put people off volunteering.
