Grab it When You Can

The child-rearing experts suggest that when the opportunity arises to discuss sex touchy subjects  with your kids you should seize it and not wait for the "right time", which of course never comes.  The Girl is frustratingly private, bordering on secretive, so I'm always on the look-out for these opportunities.

I breezed into the room where Girl was watching TV to retrieve stuff off the printer.   I heard "She gave him an STD." (I have no idea what kind of crap TV she was watching.) There it was. The Opportunity.

 "What!?" I gasped.  "They were having unprotected sex?  Why was nobody using a condom?  That's basic."  I gathered up my papers and breezed back out of  the room before Girl could say a word.

 Short and sweet and to the point. Opportunity grabbed.
